notices if rent is not received by the 5th.

increased as the market and city ordinances allow.
- Supervision of maintenance crews. We use reliable workmen who
perform repairs quickly and at reasonable rates.
- Prompt handling of emergency calls and maintenance requests - 7 days
a week service.
- Periodic inspections. We want to know that the resident is
abiding by the rental agreement and maintaining your property.
- Payment of mortgage, property tax, insurance, as requested.
- Monthly accounting statements. Separate computer printouts for
each property you own.
