Applications

We charge a $30 non-refundable processing fee to pull a credit application and verify information for each applicant over 18 years of age. 

We aim to process applications quickly, however our application process does require us to contact employers and previous landlords which can sometime cause delays.  Preparing your landlords ahead of time to expect our calls can expedite the application process.
