W.A. Krauss & Co. specializes in managing single family homes, condominiums, P.U.D's, duplexes and small apartment complexes.  We service the areas of Menlo Park, Palo Alto, Los Altos, Mountain View, Sunnyvale, Santa Clara, Los Gatos and San Jose.

Jennifer Vail, President, is a real estate broker and has been involved in the real estate industry since 1993.  Beginning her career as the Operations and Events Director for the local real estate Association, then starting her own real estate education company with real estate attorneys and brokers.  Jennifer has been working with W.A. Krauss & Co. Property Management since 2001 and her strong marketing and computer skills have enhanced the services offered to our clients.  Jennifer is a member of the Silicon Valley Assoc. of REALTORS, California Association of REALTORS, National Association of REALTORS and National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM).

David Hunt, Operations Manager, is a licensed Realtor and has been involved in the real estate industry since 1997. Beginning his career as a Realtor gave him the experience in the real estate industry here in Silicon Valley. After selling real estate for 12 years, he began his career in Property Management. David is a member of the Silicon Valley Association of Realtors (SILVAR), California Association of Realtors (CAR), National Association of Realtors (NAR), National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM), and Past Director with the CAR and SILVAR from 2002 – 2010. David’s continued involvement ensures that he keeps current with the Real Estate Industry, thus providing you with the most current information.

Willi Krauss, founder, is a real estate broker and graduate of the University of Oregon.  She is active in the real estate profession at both the local level (past Board President, Realtor of the Year), and the state level (California Association of Realtors) as a Director and past Chair of the Landlord-Tenant Committee.  She has been in real estate since 1975 and property management since 1977.
